The Company Soft-R Research LLC has invented a technology, called “Self Recordable media”, which now allows millions of people a very straight forward and extremely simple CD-R recording process, that previously they were not able or unable to make copies and recordings on to CD-R’s media. Now this technology is available for DVD-R/+R

“A new Easy solution made by complicated people” you would say?  Well, to address this statement which everyone who has already burned a CD-R would have, it is better to have a look at facts.

Previously, recording files on a CD or DVD has not been an easy task, because currently the only type of software available for this function is Mastering Software, which originally and historically is not made very user friendly to help end users in copying files on to a CD or DVD like they used do with the old floppy disks.

Mastering software today currently uses the technology of “Packet Writing and the famous Drag and Drop Style”, how ever Packet writing is creating a lot of compatibility problems when reading CD’s or DVD's, because the industry did not standardize there versions and this has now lead to the creation of more problem than helping the end user.
